Questions people ask

What’s a franchise?

A brand at a showroom. A site selling Kia and MG is two. Each covers up to 15 sales people (10 service people on the aftersales board); a bigger team counts as more.

How long do we sign up for?

3 months for each showroom from the day it starts, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Commit for 12 months and there’s no set-up fee.

Can we add showrooms later?

Yes, from your own console, charged by the day for the month you add them.

Who owns the data?

You do. Dealn processes it for you under data processing terms that are part of the agreement, keeps it in the UK, and deletes it 90 days after you leave.

Do we have to give customers’ names?

No. An order number is enough to match a deal, and it’s what we ask for first.
