Your team plays from their own phones, through links by email. Managers stay in charge of what counts, and the prizes stay hidden until the reveal.

Pick a designed theme, set the dates and the offer, and add your customers. Dealn invites them by email and text in your group’s name. Each customer opens a page made for the occasion, plays a reveal to find their offer, and books a time.
The salesperson logs the sale on their phone: the car, new or used, and the order number. The order number keeps the customer’s name off the game.
Their manager gets an email and approves it in one tap, or turns it down with a reason. Nothing counts until it’s approved.
Amy Baker logged a used SUV, order 104522. Approve it and her pick goes out straight away.
A link by email lets them pick a square. The prize behind it stays sealed until the reveal. Board full? The next sale steals a square.
Your manager approved your sale of a used SUV.
If every square is already taken, you get to steal one.
Choose a game for each board. They all start the same way: a sale is logged, a manager approves it, and it earns a pick, a chip or a spin.
Make a sale. Pick a square. Win the prize behind it.
Collect chips. Fewest chips pick first, most pick last, and nobody can steal from the last picker.
Collect chips, pick red or black squares, then one spin decides which colour wins.
Every sale earns a spin. Prizes come off as they’re won, so the last spin wins the last prize.
The rules that stop arguments on the sales floor are built in, so nobody has to police them by hand.

Each with its own art direction, a reveal to play, a booking diary, a pass and its emails and texts. Try them on the Events demo.

Welcome in. The team knows you’re here.
When an event runs Squares, a customer you booked who turns up earns you a square, and so does a sale. A car sold at the event goes to your Squares board for approval like any other. It uses your Squares game and prizes: nothing else to set up.
The board holds the booking reference, never the customer’s details.
Invitations, reminders and pick links go out in your group’s name, and replies come straight back to you.
Your team and your customers use links on their own phones. The board runs on any TV with a web browser.
An opt-out in every invitation, a do-not-contact list checked before every send, and customers’ details deleted after the event. Data is stored in the UK.
Each group has its own address and its data is kept apart from every other group’s. Managers sign in with a PIN, approval and pick links are one-time keys, and a board can sit behind a showroom code.
